Under Armour the sportswear brand better known for its protective American Football range of products continues its expansion into Europe and the football market. In 2008 the company announced their sponsorshop of German Bundesliga club Hannover 96 and this summer they are entering the football boot market

Under Armour Wearers

An increasing number of players are being spotted wearing Under Armour boots, with the launch of their range scheduled for June 2009. Players who have been seen wearing the Dominator boots so far include, Fulham’s forward Bobby Zamora, Real Madrid’s Gabriele Heinze, Clinton Morrison of Coventry City, Kevin Phillips of Birmingham City and Burnley’s Martin Paterson and Brian Jensen.

It took Morrison, pictured wearing the boots above, only thirty-seven seconds of wearing his Under Armour boots in competitive action for Coventry to score when they played Ipswich Town in December last year, he was wearing the Under Armours for the first time.
