Fernando Torres currently wears the new Nike Total 90 Laser II boots. These boots are also worn in multiple different colours by the likes of Wayne Rooney, William Gallas, Michael Essien, Fabio Cannavaro and Gennaro Gattuso. This updated range of boots follows on from the previous Nike Total 90 Laser brand, which Torres wore previously.

Following on from the T90 Laser, Nike states that T90 Laser II can give you the accuracy and tools to take the game to the next level. The “sweet spot” on the new boot, which was previously the largest in football on the T90 Laser’s, has been increased even more whilst the enhanced shotshield technology on the front of the boot provides superior control. Alongside this Nike has created a new high density outsole that stabilises the planted foot when kicking the ball.

Nike has also gone to lengths to ensure that the Total 90 Laser II offers players protection and comfort along with a water resistant event membrane which allows the foot to stay dry. T90 Laser II boots also contain engineered hybrid studs which increase comfort and improve balance resulting in making the player move quicker across the pitch.
